Lifting speeds up my metabolism and helps me live stronger. It makes me feel unstoppable and ready to take on the world. It’s my way of competing with myself and breaking my own perceived limitations.

There is no one way to be active because we all have individual body composition and goals. There is nothing like the rush I get from completing a challenging workout.

3 sets as many as possible to failure

Single Arm BackRows
3 sets of 10

Lateral Pulldown
3 sets of 10

Biceps:

Bicep Curls
3 sets of 10

Open Arm Curls
3 sets of 10

Hammer Curls
3 sets of 10
